A former part-time security officer at St. Louis City Hall recently admitted to committing a federal crime. The 45-year-old man pleaded guilty to a federal racketeering conspiracy charge and to destroying evidence of a robbery.
In June, the man was among 21 individuals who were indicted for their alleged involvement with a biker group referred to as the “Wheels of Soul.” The man admitted that he destroyed the membership patch of a rival St. Louis biker group after the patch had been stolen at gunpoint in 2009.
