Missouri brothers plead guilty to child pornography charges

Two men from Exeter have pleaded guilty to child pornography charges. The two brothers were charged with separate federal crimes.

The first to be sentenced was a 34-year-old man who pleaded guilty on June 21 to exploiting a child to produce child pornography. A judge from the U.S. District Court based in Springfield sentenced him on Oct. 20 to 15 years in prison without parole.

The 23-year-old brother was found to have received and distributed child pornography over the Internet in October 2010. He pleaded guilty on Aug. 23 to the charges. He is currently awaiting sentencing. He faces up to 15 …
